What We Do:

 

At Disconnect to Reconnect, we help Northern California Veterans improve their mental wellness through outdoor adventures like mountain biking, hiking, and camping. We’re all about getting Veterans outside, connecting with nature, and building an awesome community.

We’re raising funds to buy electric mountain bikes (EMTBs) so more Veterans can experience the thrill of riding trails without the barriers of cost or fitness.

Why E-MTBs?

​

• They come with electric motors that make climbing hills a breeze, so Veterans can focus on the fun stuff like shredding trails and soaking in the views.

• These bikes are built for adventure, with great brakes, smooth suspension, and a ride style that’s perfect for beginners and experienced riders alike.

• Most of all, EMTBs make it easy for Veterans to jump into mountain biking without worrying about the barrier of fitness or cost.

At our 2024 MTB Campout, we saw just how amazing these bikes are when first-time riders hit the trails and had an absolute blast. Now, we want to bring that experience to even more veterans by building a fleet of EMTBs for our events.
